About the Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Director to own and scale our entire marketing function across both B2C and B2B. This is a builder’s role for someone with a co-founder mentality, someone who takes full ownership of strategy and execution, thrives in ambiguity, and moves fast in a high-growth environment.

You’ll architect and run a full-funnel growth engine, build and lead the marketing team, and own the tech stack and the numbers. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales, Clinical, and Product to keep our messaging accurate and consistent across socials, our website, conferences, and customer communication.

The opportunity. Our commercial business is scaling rapidly with a clear path to eight-figure ARR. We already have the fundamentals in place: SEO and content, a HubSpot CRM with automated workflows, 200+ daily registrations, 10,000+ paying B2C customers acting as a lead-gen funnel, an identified pipeline of thousands of B2B health systems, clinical validation and medical-education assets ready for distribution, established relationships with the largest ECG-interpretation and FOAMed blogs (26M+ visits), and key opinion leaders in our priority markets. This is a high-ownership, high-reward role with meaningful equity and performance upside for the right leader.

Your role 🚀

• Architect and execute the full-funnel growth strategy across B2C and B2B, supporting pipeline, launches, and key announcements, and turning our B2C base into a high-performing B2B lead-gen engine
• Lead demand generation across priority markets, scaling acquisition and optimizing CAC/LTV across paid, organic, and referral channels
• Run webinars and lead events and conferences: end-to-end promotion, registrations, live coverage, and follow-ups
• Own the brand and content engine across all our channels (LinkedIn, employer branding, blogs, newsletters, email flows, case studies, landing pages, decks), turning clinical evidence, KOL voices, and real-world outcomes into stories that land with clinicians, health systems, and investors
• Own the website and marketing tech stack (HubSpot CRM, automation, personalization), keeping pages conversion-focused and decisions data-driven
• Track and report performance, monitoring key funnel metrics and iterating continuously
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and manage external partners to protect brand consistency
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Clinical to refine messaging, GTM strategy, and customer engagement models

• A growth hacker: instinct to find unconventional, high-leverage ways to pour fuel on growth that’s already moving fast, running rapid experiments across acquisition channels
• Hands-on executor with a strategic mind: you build, experiment, execute, and iterate in real time; you own the strategy, and you’re the one shipping it
• Tech native: analytical, technical, and data-driven, using AI to deliver faster and smarter
• Strong communicator: able to turn complex, clinical topics into clear and engaging messages for clinical and commercial audiences
• Highly adaptable and resilient: thrives in ambiguity, makes quick, informed decisions, and pushes forward in fast-changing environments
• Mission-driven with a co-founder mentality: interested in healthcare and AI, and motivated to take full ownership of a domain

Compensation: A strong base + uncapped commission on the growth you drive + substantial stock options
