Working closely with our General Counsel and external lawyers, you will be involved in all legal areas of the business, such as Commercial deals, Clinical contracts, Data protection, Compliance, and Corporate agenda. Your role
- Be a trusted legal partner: Advise teams across the company on day-to-day legal matters
- Draft and negotiate: Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements
- Own legal projects: Manage your assigned legal projects independently
- Data protection: Own the data protection agenda
- Compliance & governance: Assist with data compliance, corporate governance, corporate transactions, our IP agenda, and security regulations
- Policies & training: Work on the development and maintenance of corporate policies and conduct legal training for our staff
- External counsel: Partner with outside counsels locally and abroad
Your profile
- Experienced: 3+ years of relevant law firm and/or in-house legal experience
- Broad legal knowledge: Strong working knowledge of various legal areas; broader focus and experience are appreciated
- Communicator: Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Slovak
- Business-minded: Practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving with the ability to effectively counsel business teams by providing pragmatic, commercial, and timely advice
- Adaptable: Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving environment
- Bonus: Experience with technology companies, fast-growing international organizations, or healthcare/biotech
