At Powerful Medical, we are building a global life-saving technology. Our certified product diagnoses cardiovascular diseases (#1 cause of death globally) by scanning ECGs using AI and machine learning. We’re currently cooperating with several leading healthcare providers within the US and the EU and are backed by US, European, and Israeli VCs.
Your role will be to make sure that our products are intuitive, accessible, and usable for our users. You will design and lead the UX and UI to have a significant impact on building a great product that helps to save people’s lives.
Your role
- Design user-centric product features from discovery to production that will impact patients around the world
- Create wireframes and prototype ideas to gather initial feedback quickly
- Conduct user research and testing to understand the needs of our customers
- Act as the user advocate during the development cycle
- Cooperate closely with Product, Engineering and Customer-facing teams to influence the overall direction of our product
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them where relevant
- Advocate for design-driven approaches within the team and foster a culture of creativity and innovation
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience working in a product design role, preferably in a fast-paced tech company
- You have an outstanding portfolio of work demonstrating user-centered solutions and visual design
- Bias for action, you don’t hesitate to own and drive projects and give feedback
- Ability to turn complex design problems into intuitive user experiences
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of front-end development is a plus

Monthly salary: 3,300-4,600 EUR (depending on seniority) + equity
