Head of Human Resources

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic people-focused manager to lead HR operations in our most critical growth phase as we prepare to commercially launch our product – you will be strengthening existing departments, building entirely new ones and supporting the professional development of our teams. To achieve this, you should have an established network and relevant HR managerial experience in the technology and healthcare sectors.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute our hiring strategy across all departments of the company – including Sales, Software Development, AI and Quality/Compliance
  • Effectively research, approach, screen, profile and interview candidates across all seniority levels and multiple European locations
  • Develop, post and advertise job descriptions
  • Work closely with department managers to accurately assess their hiring needs
  • Assist top management with development of high-level organisational goals
  • Manage our existing workforce – assist with professional development, assess strengths and weaknesses, provide recommendations and reports to managers
  • Manage our organisational structure on a macro level – monitor departments, assess their needs, assist with setting of KPIs, ensure effective cross-department collaboration

What you need

  • Minimum 5 years of HR managerial experience (technology/SaaS/B2B/healthcare preferred)
  • Professional English proficiency level
  • Established network in technology and healthcare to source valuable candidates
  • Experience in growing and managing high-performing and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience in effectively managing a fast-growing organisation, ability to assess current needs and set up a flexible organisational structure
  • Ability to effectively evaluate employees across all departments (Sales, Product, Software Development, Compliance, etc.), set KPIs and provide actionable feedback
  • Clear and effective communication skills – verbal, written, listening
  • Ability to connect with all employees in the company and assess their needs and opportunities to develop
  • Be high-energy and action-oriented balanced with critical thinking and organisation skills
  • Display, encourage and inspire a culture of excellence across the entire organisation
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
