About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager (Generalist) to run day-to-day marketing across channels. You’ll plan and execute campaigns, own our digital presence, support events and webinars, and track results.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Clinical, and Product to keep our messaging accurate and consistent across LinkedIn, the website, conferences, and customer communications.

Your role 🚀
- Execute marketing across channels to support pipeline, launches, and key announcements
- Run LinkedIn and employer branding, showcasing customers, evidence, product updates, and company culture
- Create and repurpose content (blogs, newsletters, email flows, case studies, landing pages, decks)
- Run webinars and support events/conferences (promotion, registrations, live coverage, follow-ups)
- Maintain the website and landing pages, coordinating with design/engineering to keep messaging clear and conversion-focused
- Track and report performance, monitor key funnel metrics, and improve campaigns based on data
- Coordinate external partners and brand consistency, brief vendors and keep tone/visuals consistent
Your profile 💡
- 3+ years in marketing, ideally in B2B tech/SaaS or healthcare, with experience across multiple channels
- Hands-on executor: comfortable writing copy, building simple pages, setting up campaigns, and posting yourself
- Strong communicator: excellent English; able to turn complex, clinical topics into clear and engaging messages
- Digital-first: LinkedIn, email marketing, basic CMS/website work; marketing automation/CRM is a plus
- Data-informed: comfortable with basic analytics and funnel metrics
- Organized and collaborative: able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across teams and partners
- Mission-driven: interested in healthcare and AI; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Monthly salary: 2,500 – 3,500 EUR (depending on seniority) + stock options
