What you’ll do

  • Manage and growing a high performing sales team
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with partners such as hospitals, insurance companies and medical care givers in EMEA and North America
  • Manage a robust pipeline (forecasting, tracking and progressing leads)
  • Motivate the sales team to achieve workplace goals
  • Develop sales training programs
  • Monitor market and competitor activity
  • Improve customer satisfaction by anticipating consumer needs
  • Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans
  • Manage detailed sales expectations and plan accordingly
  • Work closely with the marketing department
  • Monitor customer activity
  • Create sales reports
  • Communicate and foster relationships with clients
  • Drive sales operational activities to meet business objective and sales targets
  • Expand footprint in new and existing channels (online, distributors, international)
  • Run weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings to executive leadership on key metrics and analytics

What you’ll need

  • 10 years of sales experience (SaaS/B2B/technology preferred)
  • 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry (cardio related preferred)
  • Professional English proficiency level
  • Conversational German language not required but very welcome
  • Experience in managing and mentoring high performing teams
  • Experience working in a multi-national team and cover expiation over multiple markets
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams in complex environments
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team across product, sales and marketing
  • Intensive experience in budgeting & forecasting, setting & managing quotas and compensation
  • Display, encourage and inspire a culture of excellence with your peers and your team
  • Be high-energy and action-oriented balanced with critical thinking and organisation skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication & presentation skills to articulate complex concepts
  • Willing to travel 25%-50% of the time
